How Listen Up handles feedback

Listen Up collects the rating and optional comment you submit, the related ticket number and submission time. Your support provider can associate it with the company and contact on the Autotask ticket. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal information.

Who can see it

Your support provider’s authorised workspace staff can review feedback. Their owner can grant or remove staff access and export data. A forwarded survey link may be used by its recipient; it does not verify the recipient’s identity.

Ticket reminders and AI

If you request a ticket reminder, selected ticket details and customer-visible notes are sent to the AI provider chosen by your support provider: Anthropic, OpenAI or Google. Approved time-entry summaries may also be included. Internal notes and attachments are excluded. AI summaries may contain mistakes.

Services involved

The application uses ChatGPT Sites hosting with Cloudflare Workers, database and object storage. Configured notifications are sent through Mailgun. Optional feedback write-back adds an internal note to Autotask. Stripe handles subscription checkout and billing for MSP workspaces. Customer feedback submissions do not require a ChatGPT account; staff sign in through ChatGPT.

Retention and requests

Your support provider chooses its retention period. Recovery snapshots may be retained for up to 30 days and are purged when the app erases feedback. Existing exports, email copies and Autotask notes must be handled separately. Contact the support provider named in your ticket email to request access, correction or deletion.

This explains the application’s current processing. Each support provider must supply its own privacy information, processing arrangements and applicable contact details before rollout.
